MUSTC Offshore Training Center (MUSTC OTC) is a modern training and research facility where specialized courses and training are conducted for students, MUS and other universities staff, members of health and life rescue services (SAR, Volunteer Water Rescue Service (WOPR), Fire Brigades), and professionals in the rapidly growing offshore industry.

The Maritime University of Szczecin implements a comprehensive investment program as part of the long-term project "Budowa Polskiego Ośrodka Szkoleniowego Ratownictwa Morskiego w SzczecinieExpected completion date - 2025.
The main goal of the project is to create excellent conditions for the effective training of highly qualified personnel for the maritime, transportation, search and rescue, marine, and geodesy sectors, and to achieve European standards of practical education quality within the Polish maritime education at the university level.

Konferencja EMS-SAR
I Międzynarodowa Konferencja Ratownictwa EMS-SAR 2023, która odbyła się we współpracy między Politechniką Morską w Szczecinie i Pomorskim Uniwersytetem Medycznym, to wydarzenie, które zgromadziło specjalistów z różnych dziedzin, w tym ratowników morskich, medycznych, wodnych, strażaków, wojskowych, studentów i naukowców. Była to pierwsza tego typu konferencja w regionie, a być może i w Polsce.
